At the General Assembly of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, which took place on the 18th of December 2007 at the Regent Esplanade, the Board was extended to three new Governers - Mr. Darko Eisenhuth, general manager of ABB, Mr. Dragan Popovic, director of mobile data expertise center of Ericsson and Mr. Tibor Jerger, director of Podravka West Europe.

The Assembly also re-confirmed the mandates of the other Board members, the President (Mr. Jorgen Jorgensen), Vice-President (Mr. Kresimir Paliska), the Treasurer (Ms. Dijana Spalatin) and non-titled Governers (Mr. Irena Lucic, Mr. Sasa Mirkovic, Mr. Samir Zero and Mr. Zeljko Sundov).

Nordic Chamber of Commerce and the Croatian Chamber of Economy organized a presentation entitled Iceland - economy and business opportunities with guest lecturer Mr. Thorleifur Jonsson, Project Manager at the Trade Council of Iceland in Reykjavik. Event took place on Tuesday, 29th of April at 10:00 at the Regent Esplanade.

For the second year, Nordic Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with UNHCR Croatia organized the Midsummer celebration as part of the Nordic tradition of welcoming summertime. Some 400 guests celebrated Midsummer on June 6 at Lake Bundek in Zagreb. Adults and children enjoyed barbecue, interactive games, exhibition of Nordic brands and attractive raffle. New Swedish health club 'World Class', established in Zagreb, is organizing a lecture on corporate health on Wednesday, 16 May from 11:30-13:00 at the Hypo Center. The topic of the lecture is 'Importance of core training on office health'.
