General Assembly of the Nordic Chamber

Members of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce, which have a voting right according to the Statute ('Nordic members') are invited to attend the General Assembly of the Chamber, which will take place on Tuesday, 18 December at 19:00 at the Regent Esplanade Zagreb. After the Assembly, all members (Nordic and Associated), Chamber partners and contact will be invited to attend the Nordic family Christmas celebration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nordic members are invited to participate at the Assembly (expected to last one hour) and vote for the Board. The Board of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce:

 

President: Mr. Jorgen Jorgensen (General Manager, Regent Esplanade)

Vice-president: Mr. Kresimir Paliska (Country Manager, Det Norske Veritas)

Treasurer: Ms. Dijana Spalatin (Financial Director, MacGregor)

Untitled Governers: Ms. Irena Lucic (Director, Brunata)

                                   Mr. Sasa Mirkovic (Director, Lift Modus)

                                   Mr. Samir Zero (Vice President, Lagerkvist & Partners)

                                   Mr. Zeljko Sundov (General Manager, Business.hr)

 

Nordic members can nominate themselves or a colleague for one of the positions of the Board by Friday, 14 December.

 

Due to the fact that a quorum is needed in order to (re)confirm the Board, we kindly ask all Nordic members to attend. In case you are unable to do so, please send a colleague in your stead and send us the 'Special Power of Attorney'.

 

Attendance application form is attached. Please return by 10th of December.

 

Following the General Assembly, we will have a celebration of Nordic Christmas, with all our members and partners with families. More on this will follow shortly.
