Business breakfast on Dawn raids – what they are and how to prepare for them?

Nordic Chamber of Commerce is organizing a Business breakfast on 17 November on the topic Dawn raids – what they are and how to prepare for them? in cooperation with law firm Wolf Theiss, member of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce. The guest speakers are Mrs. Dora Gaži Kovačević, Attorney and Mr. Luka Čolić, Attorney at Wolf Theiss.

Join us to learn more about regulatory framework for dawn raids and how to successfully prepare your company for them in a real business life situation.

The content of the presentation will focus on the regulatory framework for dawn raids and examine the relative authorities of the Competition Agency followed by suggestions by guest speakers to participants on what to do in order to be well prepared before, during and after the dawn raid procedure. Concrete cases and examples from the daily business practice will be combined together with regulatory framework. Participants will have the opportunity to get concrete answers and solutions to their questions related to the topic.
