Company visit to Hartmann and Podravka, Koprivnica

Nordic Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with company members, Hartmann and Podravka, organized on 16 April 2015 working visit to Koprivnica. Upon the initiative of the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, and in cooperation with Hartmann and Podravka, around 25 participants, representatives of member companies and partners of the Nordic Chamber Chamber of Commerce, as well as representatives of several Embassies, had the opportunity to visit two successful companies, one Nordic (Danish) company operating in Croatia, and other, Croatian company, operating on the Nordic market, both located in the City of Koprivnica.

Upon arrival to Podravka, visitors were welcomed by Mrs. Olivia Jakupec, Member of the Board and Mr. Davor Lokotar, Head of Sales to the Scandinavian countries, and given a short presentation of the company, followed by a guided tour of the factory (production of Vegeta and soup).

Second part of the program included visit to Hartmann premises where Mrs. Melita Bači, Managing Director, addressed the visitors and presented the company. The official program ended by the guided tour of the Hartmann factory.

Mrs. Vesna Želježnjak, Mayor of the City of Koprivnica welcomed the visitors at Hartmann premises and spoke from the perspective of the City of Koprivnica outlining the results of the City, as well as potentials that the City offers to potential investors.

Nordic Chamber of Commerce initiated this visit with the objective to present two successful Nordic and Croatian business models implemented in Koprivnica and also to give its members and partners an opportunity to establish new relations and business opportunities, but also to exchange business ideas and experience.
