Nordic Chamber of Commerce organized on Wednesday 21 May 2014, at restaurant Les Ponts a business breakfast/lunch with its member company, DNV GL.
The topic was: The best practice of successful management.
The presentation focused on latest trends and the best practice of successful management that take into account different risks in order to achieve sustainable growth.
During the presentation the following questions were discussed and answered:
- How to take a broader view on how to achieve business success and to concentrate on management areas that matter most in order to achieve business targets?
- Presentation of different steps that define successful management approach: Prepare, Prioritize and Define, Check, Report and Improve.
The lecuture was followed by discussion and Q&A related to the topic.
