Conference for architects - Nordic innovation

We organized a presentation for registered architects in Croatia with the purpose of presenting Nordic innovation in construction business. The presentation took place at the Regent on 28 March and was attended by over 50 architects.

Nordic Chamber of Commerce organized a presentation for registered architects in Croatia with the purpose of presenting Nordic innovation in construction business. Four members took part as lecturers, presenting their products and technology - ABB, Brunata, Malthus and Lift Modus/Kone. The presentation took place at the Regent on 28 March and was attended by over 50 participants.

Mr. Zdravko Siljac presented the Finnish elevator comapany Kone, whose concept MonoSpaceTM elevator revolutionized the industry.

Mr. Igor Pavesic of ABB Croatia presented 6 kV Ring Main Unit, which explained the implementation and application of this kind of technology. Several examples were shown, where such technology was used in plants in Croatia.

Gjerd Myrestrand, representative of the Norwegian company Malthus, presented the company's new concrete construction system, which makes construction much easier and cheaper.

Irena Lucic of Brunata Croatia presented heat cost allocators. Installation of such devices makes it possible to allocate costs according to actual consumption of energy, which in turn enables savings. This practical system has its appliaction in measuring of expenditure of hot and cold water.

Seminar 'Nordic innovation in construction' is the first activity of the Nordic Chamber as part of the Eductional program of the Croatian Chamber of Architects.
